SULU SEA. PHILIPPINES. DNC 11. MAN OVERBOARD FROM VESSEL IN 08-29N 121-37E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC ALAMEDA, TELEX: 230172343, PHONE: 510 437 3701, E-MAIL: RCCALAMEDA1@USCG.MIL.
