EAST CHINA SEA. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ IN 30-51-10N 125-32-11E AT 030433Z FEB. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD.
