INDIA-WEST COAST. VESSEL DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE FAILURE IN 19-26N 070-03E ON 17 OCT. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
