FAILURE VICINITY 05-55N 078-33E. VESSELS IN VICINITY
REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.

Reading this warning
