NORTH PACIFIC. DNC 12, DNC 24. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ IN 39-51-46N 163-39-07E AT 092313Z SEP. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD, PHONE: 811 3427 6172.
