AND EARTHQUAKE HAS OCCURRED AT 211757Z OCT WITH A
PRELIMINARY MAGNITUDE OF 7.4 VICINITY 28-54S 176-00W.
A TSUNAMI HAS BEEN GENERATED. TSUNAMI WAVE HEIGHTS
CANNOT BE PREDICTED AND MAY BE A SERIES OF WAVES
WHICH COULD BE DANGEROUS FOR SEVERAL HOURS AFTER INITIAL WAVE ARRIVAL. VESSELS IN
VICINITY ARE ADVISED TO USE CAUTION.
