WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. DNC 12. MAN OVERBOARD FROM VESSEL IN 00-25.46N 153-25.58E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC GUAM, PHONE: 671 355 4824, 671 355 4910, FAX: 671 355 4831, E-MAIL: RCCGUAM@USCG.MIL.
