EASTERN INDIAN OCEAN. AUSTRALIA-NORTHWEST COAST. DNC 04. UNDERWATER OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V WARREGO IN AREA BOUND BY 20-19.12S 115-35.62E, 20-33.37S 115-35.62E, 20-33.37S 115-48.48E, 20-19.12S 115-48.48E. THREE MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
