DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 243 MHZ IN 08-51.2N 155-35.5E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO U.S. COAST GUARD GUAM.
