M/V FETAH SAMANAT DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE DAMAGE IN 23-53N 062-15E AT 250500Z JAN. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
