   45-50N 137-42E. SIGHTING REPORTS REQUESTED TO MRCC VLADIVOSTOK,
   INMARSAT-C: 5824 9250 0379, PHONE: 742 3249 5522,
   FAX: 742 3249 5895.
2. CANCEL THIS MSG 28 FEB.
