44 FOOT M/V KAYU 2, WHITE HULL, OVERDUE SAIPAN TO GUGUAN. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO U.S. COAST GUARD GUAM.
