SOUTH CHINA SEA. MAN OVERBOARD FROM F/V BL93302 IN 08-48N 105-37E AT 192300Z NOV. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY VIETNAM COASTAL RADIO STATION.
