SOUTH CHINA SEA. F/V BTH85078 DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE DAMAGE IN 07-55N 105-45E AT 210800Z NOV. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY VIETNAM COASTAL RADIO STATION.
