1. 12 METER F/V KANDJAR, BLACK HULL WITH BLUE STRIPE,
   THREE PERSONS ON BOARD, UNREPORTED SOUTHEAST OF
   ILE DES PINS (22-40S 167-30E). VESSELS IN VICINITY
   REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.

Persons on board (POB): The number of people reported aboard a vessel in distress, overdue or missing.
