WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. DNC 12, DNC 24. DISTRESS SIGNALS RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ FROM VESSEL CHINCHUN AT 252340Z OCT IN: A. 39-54-27N 147-55-17E. B. 37-22-13N 160-46-58E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD, PHONE: 812 2365 6957.
