NORTH PACIFIC. DNC 12. MAN OVERBOARD FROM M/V TERUMARU NO.8 IN 35-57N 161-21E AT 061230Z OCT. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD, PHONE: 812 2365 6957.
