F/V YAN PAO 668, 29 PERSONS ON BOARD, DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE CASUALTY VICINITY 03-28S 057-49E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC SIL VEERMINE VIA CAPE TOWN RADIO.
