EASTERN INDIAN OCEAN. DNC 04. UNDERWATER OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V LAY VESSEL 108 IN AREA BOUND BY 13-44.00S 123-20.00E, 13-44.00S 123-05.00E, 14-00.00S 123-05.00E, 14-00.00S 123-20.00E. THREE MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
