WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. 1. F/V YUJIN MARU 25 DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE FAILURE IN 32-59.6N 148-52.1E AT 291500Z OCT. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 3356/13.
