BAY OF BENGAL. DNC 03. F/V LAKSIRI 01 DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE FAILURE IN 13-43N 084-47E AT 040530Z NOV. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
