SEA OF JAPAN. DNC 23, DNC 24. 12 PERSONS OVERBOARD FROM VESSEL LURONG YUANYU 378 IN 39-53N 132-11E AT 041848Z OCT. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD, PHONE: 817 7375 4999.
