CELEBES SEA. PHILIPPINES. PIRACY. DNC 11. M/V, SIX PERSONS ON BOARD, POSSIBLY HIJACKED. LAST KNOWN POSITION 06-40.45N 122-29.45E AT 102031Z NOV. VESSELS ARE ADVISED TO KEEP CLEAR OF THIS POSITION AND TO EXERCISE EXTREME CAUTION.
