PHILIPPINE SEA. DNC 12. DISTRESS SIGNALS RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ IN 27-15-00N 136-06-54E AT 241004Z SEP. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD, PHONE: 815 2651 4999.
