NORTHERN INDIAN OCEAN. DNC 03. F/V SHEHAN 06 DISABLED AND ADRIFT IN 05-40N 078-37E AT 130400Z NOV. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
