WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. MICRONESIA. DNC 12. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ IN 07-21.6N 151-52.93E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC GUAM, PHONE: 671 355 4824, E-MAIL: RCCGUAM@USCG.MIL.
