1. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ VICINITY
   20-33.05S 173-12.47E AT 130118Z NOV.
   VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP
   A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
