WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. PHILIPPINES SEA. M/V VINALINES QUEEN SANK IN 20-00.00N 123-47.94E AT 250001Z DEC. ONE PERSON RESCUED IN 20-17.39N 120-22.5E AT 300500Z DEC. 22 PERSONS REMAIN MISSING. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC VIETNAM.
