PHILIPPINE SEA. JAPAN. DNC 12. CABLE OPERATIONS 07 NOV UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V ANIEK IN AREA BOUND BY 25-15N 139-35E, 25-26N 139-29E, 26-11N 141-30E, 25-56N 141-35E. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED.
