WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. DNC 12. TWO PERSONS MISSING FROM CAPSIZED CANOE. LAST KNOWN POSITION 05-45.68N 157-05.05E AT 280550Z NOV. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC GUAM, PHONE: 671 355 4824, E-MAIL: RCCGUAM@USCG.MIL.
