SOUTH CHINA SEA. DNC 04, DNC 11. F/V REQUESTING ASSISTANCE IN 00-20N 106-17E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC BASARNAS, PHONE: 6221 6586 7510, FAX: 6221 6586 7512, E-MAIL: KAGAHAR@BASARNAS.GO.ID, KAGAHAR@YAHOO.COM, KAGAHAR@GMAIL.COM.
