MALACCA STRAIT. INDONESIA. DNC 03. F/V DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE FAILURE IN 06-3-56N 095-3-27E AT 180645Z DEC. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
