SINGAPORE STRAIT. DNC 03. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED IN 01-17.3N 104-20.6E AT 162006Z NOV. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO SINGAPORE PORT OPERATIONS CONTROL CENTER, TELEX: 20021, PHONE: 656 226 5539, FAX: 656 227 9971, E-MAIL: POCC@MPA.GOV.SG.
Reading this warning
