1. DERELICT VESSEL ADRIFT IN 34-53N 151-21E
   AT 061359Z NOV. UNKNOWN NUMBER PERSONS MISSING.
   VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT,
   ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD,

Reading this warning
