WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. PHILIPPINE SEA. DNC 12. 1. UNDERWATER OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL 02 NOV BY UNMANNED SEVEN METER VESSEL IN VICINITY OF TRACKLINE BETWEEN 13-20N 143-50E AND 32-23N 144-32E. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED. 2. CANCEL THIS MSG 03 NOV 18.
