ARABIAN SEA. MALDIVES. DNC 03. FISHERMAN MISSING FROM VESSEL IN 00-42.00S 073-09.00E AT 211650Z DEC. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
