DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ IN 31-20-24N 121-35-32E AT 032136Z MAR. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD.
