RED SEA. 1. CABLE LAYING OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL 09 MAR BY CABLESHIP NIWA IN AREA BOUND BY 21-34.13N 039-05.34E, 21-35.58N 038-51.46E, 21-38.40N 038-46.22E, 21-38.61N 038-45.08E, 21-38.82N 038-44.32E, 21-39.03N 038-44.82E. ONE MILE BERTH REQUESTED. 2. CANCEL THIS MSG 10 MAR.
