SOUTH CHINA SEA. MALAYSIA. DNC 03. 1. SALVAGE OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE IN AREA BOUND BY 01-25.99N 104-27.08E, 01-26.21N 104-27.50E, 01-25.94N 104-27.49E, 01-25.78N 104-27.21E. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 4563/17.
