1. 20 FOOT SKIFF, THREE PERSONS ON BOARD, VICINITY 07-12.3N 149-58.3E AT 150126Z JUN. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO U.S. COAST GUARD GUAM. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 523/99.
