TASMAN SEA. NEW ZEALAND. DNC 06. UNDERWATER OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V SOUTHERN EXPRESS IN AREA BOUND BY 38-54.0S 174-15.5E, 38-54.0S 174-18.5E, 38-59.0S 174-18.5E, 38-59.0S 174-15.5E. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED.
