1. F/V HELEN, BLUE AND RED HULL, DISABLED AND
   ADRIFT VICINITY 16-34S 073-16W. VESSELS IN
   VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT,
   ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL
   RADIO STATION.
