INDIA-WEST COAST. BARGE NOOR IV SANK IN 15-29.60N 073-43.96E. ONE PERSON MISSING. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
