EASTERN INDIAN OCEAN. AUSTRALIA. DNC 04. CABLE OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V ILE DE RE IN AREA BOUND BY 19-12.30S 116-36.54E, 19-56.16S 116-36.54E, 19-56.16S 118-37.25E, 19-12.30S 118-37.25E. THREE MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
