DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ AT 280325Z MAR IN: 1. 44-54.35N 164-29.70E. 2. 37-09.53N 126-50.93E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD.
