DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED FROM VESSEL ARPEN III IN 18-33S 036-47E AT 021530Z APR. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO CAPETOWN RADIO OR MRCC CAPETOWN, TELEX: 095511600, PHONE: 272 1551 0700.
