BASS STRAIT. AUSTRALIA. DNC 05. PIPELINE OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V MMA CORAL WITH SUBMERSIBLE IN AREA BOUND BY 39-35.00S 145-25.00E, 39-35.00S 146-03.00E, 40-03.00S 146-03.00E, 40-03.00S 145-25.00E. THREE MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
