SOUTH CHINA SEA. VIETNAM. DNC 11. 1. F/V BTH 99458 TS, FIVE PERSONS ON BOARD, SANK IN 10-19N 108-01E AT 031000Z MAR. THREE PERSONS RECOVERED, TWO PERSONS REMAIN MISSING. 2. SEARCH AND RESCUE OPERATIONS IN AREA BOUND BY 10-20N 108-01E, 09-54N 108-01E, 09-54N 107-10E, 10-20N 107-10E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
