INDIA-SOUTHWEST COAST. THREE PERSONS MISSING FROM F/V FB DON-1 VICINITY 09-44.7N 075-59.7E AT 291925Z MAR. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
