TASMAN SEA. TASMAN BAY. NEW ZEALAND. 1. SEISMIC SURVEY 01 MAR UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V POLAR DUKE TOWING 12 7000 METER LONG CABLES IN AREA BETWEEN 39-07.54S 39-37.25S AND 173-41.38E 173-21.02E. SIX MILE BERTH REQUESTED. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 356/15.
Reading this warning
- Seismic survey
- A survey that maps the rock beneath the seabed with sound pulses from air guns, recorded on streamers kilometres long.
